The Work That Happens
Inside Your Walls
Six trades, one contract, across Orlando and Central Florida. The person who walks your house and writes the estimate is the same person you call when the tile shows up in the wrong color — we do not hand you off to a project manager who has never seen the job.
Remodeling Services
Kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and whole-house renovations. We open the walls before we price the finish work, because that is where the surprises live — old aluminum wiring, a supply line weeping behind the vanity, framing that was never right to begin with. You hear about it early, while it is still cheap to deal with.
Remodeling Hardwood · LVP · TileFlooring
Hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, laminate, and tile. On a Florida slab the moisture reading decides what can go down, so we test before we recommend anything — even when the number rules out the material you already picked out. Installing over a wet slab is how you end up doing the floor twice.
Flooring Impact-Rated · Entry · SlidersWindows & Doors Installation
Impact-rated windows, sliders, entry doors, and French doors. Most of the leaks we get called out for turn out to be flashing and sealant at the opening rather than a bad window. We pull the trim, look at the buck and the sill pan, and seal it properly on the way back in.
Windows & Doors Kitchen · Bath · ClosetsCustom Cabinets
Kitchen and bath cabinetry, laundry rooms, closets, and built-in shelving. Built to the room you actually have instead of rounded to the nearest stock width — which matters more than you would think in older Orlando houses, where almost nothing sits square or plumb.
Custom Cabinets Showers · Floors · BacksplashTile Installation
Floors, shower surrounds, backsplashes, and patios. The waterproofing behind the tile is the part nobody ever sees, and it is the first thing to fail when somebody skips it. We build the pan, run the membrane, flood-test it, and only then start setting tile.
Tile Installation Dry-Out · Rebuild · InsuranceWater Damage Restoration
Cleanup and rebuild after a burst supply line, a roof leak, or a water heater that finally let go. We dry the structure, pull out what cannot be saved, and put the room back the way it was — with moisture logs and photos documented in writing for your insurer.
Water DamageNot sure where your project lands? Most interior jobs cross two or three of these — a shower remodel is tile, plumbing, and cabinetry before it is anything else. Tell us what is going on and we will walk the house with you. Estimates are free, done on site, and itemized in writing.
